We had a great stay! The spacious deluxe king room was recently updated and had a huge shower. The pool and health club were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is a dream—just steps from Union Station and major attractions!

Consider requesting a room with a quieter location, as street noise can be disruptive during busy times.

Request a room away from any pets for allergy sensitivity, as pet dander may linger despite assurances.

The room was completely unrenovated and felt worn out. The bathroom was so tiny that it was difficult to move around. Additionally, in-room dining services were only available at inconvenient hours, ruining any chance for a late-night snack after exploring the city.

I had a clean room which was nice after a long day. The service in the Library restaurant was superb, they really pay attention to detail.

I loved the cozy Luxury King Room—soft beds that felt like clouds! Plus, the location was spot on, right near great spots like the Library Bar and Reign. Couldn't get enough of the local dining scene, particularly Canoe Restaurant & Bar nearby.

We had a nice looking hotel experience, but it felt more like a venue for rowdy teenagers than a calm getaway. The food was tasty, but the noise made it hard to truly enjoy ourselves. Overall, I might not choose to return, sadly.

Check-in was a total mess! We booked for 5 but got shoved into a room with only 2 beds. After arguing, we finally got a bigger room. The staff was overwhelmed and it took too long to sort out. The snack bar was decent though, and the vibe was nice. I just didn't expect such a hassle for a big-name place.
